Professor Sattar Bawany is the CEO and C-Suite Certified Master Executive Coach (CMEC) of the Disruptive Leadership Institute (DLI) and the Centre for Executive Education (CEE).
He brings 35 years of international business management experience, including more than 25 years in executive coaching, group facilitation and leadership development with global management consulting firms.
He has coached leaders ranging from CEOs and senior vice presidents to high-potential managers, developing their disruptive digital leadership competencies to enable personal transformation and sustained leadership effectiveness. He is especially skilled at helping executives work through leadership transition issues — individually and systemically.
His passion for people and culture centres on creating environments where employees are valued and emotionally engaged in the business — working with public and private organisations regionally and internationally through transformational change, always starting with the end in mind.
